Connects to Google spreadsheet with data about mentoring, fetch it and process to display later. Validates the correct spreadsheet is access.
"Sheet1" feels very generic and usually is treated as a temporary sheet that can be removed. If i were to use it, i would definitely rename it to something meaningful
